XRstack.dev and my other related sites are part of a hobby project. I collect almost no personal data from visitors. See below.

The site links to my profiles on platforms like X and Bluesky are governed by their own privacy policies—I do not collect or process data through these links.

Comments (Powered by Giscus)
Comments use Giscus, which loads GitHub Discussions from my public repository. Scripts from giscus.app and GitHub load only after you explicitly enable comments. To post, you must sign in with GitHub. Your public username, avatar, and comment text become public in the GitHub Discussion and visible here. I do not allow anonymous comments (to reduce spam). Comments are hosted and stored by GitHub—not on my server. I only embed the content and may remove/edit it via GitHub if needed. I am not responsible for user-generated comments' accuracy, legality, or content. Report issues to GitHub's abuse tools or contact me with issues.

Legal Basis and Consent
Loading and using comments relies on your consent. After reading the disclaimer in the consent box you may Enable or Disable consent by clicking the respective button. If you consent and press the Enable button, the Giscus script will load the comment system. If you do not consent and press the Disable button, the comments script will be disabled. You can withdraw consent anytime by clicking Change Comments Consent—this disables Giscus and clears your choice.

Data Retention 
Your consent preference is stored in your browser (localStorage) for up to 12 months or until withdrawn. Comments follow GitHub's retention policy.

Third Parties
GitHub handles comment data under their Privacy Statement, including any international transfers with safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or Data Privacy Framework).

Your Rights
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or request portability of your data (where applicable). You must Exercise these rights via GitHub. For other questions or consent issues, contact me at @xrstack on X.

No Other Tracking
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, essential security, and basic privacy-preserving analytics (no cookies, no personal data tracking, no fingerprinting; aggregated metrics only). These are strictly necessary/functional for site operation—no consent is required. No advertising or additional tracking tools are in use at this time.
